ONLINE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM

We suggest you check our website to keep up to date with the latest news and availability of our products.

On some items, we may display a low-stock message for certain sizes. If any of them are of interest to you, we encourage you to buy them so that you don't miss out.

Bear in mind that the items in the basket are not reserved. If your basket includes items that are no longer available, we will notify you so that you can remove them and complete the purchase of the other items.

HOW TO RETURN

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CANCELLATION

Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to process your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:

  • Order Verification - Wrong Phone Number

Our team was unable to reach you on your shared contact details.

  • Item not Fulfilled by Supplier

In case of a duplicate order placed within the same time span, our team will request you give a confirmation on the second order placed, otherwise, we’ll just go ahead and cancel it.

Please note - When we are unable to process an order, it will be automatically cancelled. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the same.
